If you choose to market your fan page in the US and Canada only, we have our teams in the US and Canada only promote your page, to make sure that the fan base that we deliver are from these regions only. On average, our Geo-location targeting is 70% accurate, i.e. 70% fans will be from the US and Canada, while the rest will be from other regions of the world. Currently we target USA and Canada fans only.

Do I pay for invites only or do I get actual fans?
Unlike other services, we do not charge you by how many invites/suggestions we sent, we charge you only for actual fans that joined your page from the time we started your campaign. Aside from the fact that it’s hard to track how many suggestions they send, other companies may charge the same price as we do for actual fans.

Do you need my facebook username and password? What information do you need?
We do not ask for Facebook Username and Password.Never give out your login Credentials to anyone. We only require Your Facebook Fans Page ID or URL or your Facebook Profile Page ID or URL

Are you affiliated with Facebook.com?
No, we are absolutely not affiliated with Facebook.com in any way. We are a wholly separate and independent company.

What if my Facebook page gets suspended?
If your Facebook fan page is suspended while your FBAmplify.com campaign is active we will pause the campaign until your fan page is reactivated. Refunds are NOT granted for fan page suspension under any circumstances. We will, however, wait however long is necessary (indefinitely) for your fan page to be reinstated and will continue to deliver fans to your page after the suspension is lifted (if you choose to allow us to do so.) We can also deliver fans to another fan page if you choose to.

How long does it take to receive my fans?
On average 1000 fans are delivered in 1-2 weeks. Results may vary however depending on the content of your page and the targeting restrictions. Timeframes for orders completion are ideal and exclude weekends and holidays.

What should I expect after I place my order?
Once you Place your order and Payment in Confirmed.We will send you confirmation Email of the start of the Campaign,and you should note fan page count before the start of the campaing and after the campaing has started.We will periodically send you email updates of the status of the work.

I have placed my orders, but I don’t see any new fans joining?
You can track your fan base growth by going to your facebook fan page Insights (Click on ‘See All’ in the Insights section under your fan page picture.

Do you take custom orders?

How long does it take to complete my order?
You will normally start to see new Twitter followers few days after you have ordered. Typical campaigns are completed between 7 days for 1,000 followers and 30 days for 10,000 followers.

What methods do you use to increase my number of followers?
We are using several methods to invite people to follow you. One of the most effective ones is follow-back reciprocity by which we target users who have a habit of following back people who are kind enough to follow them. Also, since we have a significant number of our own accounts we send out tweets asking people to follow you.

Why do you ask for my username and password?
In order to do our job we need access to to your list of «follower» and «following» lists, but we take the security of your account very seriously, we never make any change to our customer profiles and we never send out any tweets from their account. Although not necessary, for extra safety, you can change your password at the end of our campaign.

My follower count will increase significantly in a short period of time, can I be banned?
No because our methods comply with Twitter terms and conditions. The traffic we generate is genuine and no bots are used during our marketing campaigns.


How long does it take to setup regular (non-viral) video campaign?
We take up to 72 hours for campaign setup.

My counter seems to be frozen at 300?
YouTube only updates video counter in real time for videos under 300 views. Once 300 views mark is reached YouTube switches to 6-12 hour updating rate for counter and 24 hour updating rate for insight.

How are these views delivered?
Although we cannot provide specifics, we maintain a large affiliate and referral network, to which we promote your video. We then manage your video to get the required views. The views are 100% real, and if you check your insight statistics afterwards, you will see the average time on the video is 2-3
minutes.

Can you geo-target views?
We can target overnight views to any country of your choice, although there will be a 15% addition to the price for geotarget. For express and regular speed views, you will receive views from only the highest quality countries. They will be from US/Canada/UK.
