8. Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between GETSOCIALTRAFFIC and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. GETSOCIALTRAFFICs failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. GETSOCIALTRAFFIC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

9. Refunds and Cancellation policy

Getsocialtraffic is a reputable Internet and SEO specialist Company that maintains a good working relationship with its customers. We always strive for outstanding customer service and delivering of services. Where a customer has a particular concern or complaint they should always open a support ticket via the Help Desk. Getsocialtraffic strives for excellency and creating long-term relationships with our customers. Our SEO specialist will work with you to make sure that all of your social media marketing needs are met. If necessary we will provide you with a refund on any remaining undelivered fans, followers or views. As we work with various partners and incur expenses, we can only issue refunds on any fans, followers or views that not have been delivered. You can cancel your campaign at any time and Getsocialtraffic will refund your money on a Prorata basis within 30 days. No refund will be issued full or partial to a customer if you violate any of Getsocailtraffic terms and conditions. It is also the customer’s responsibility to check the terms and conditions for any future updates.

10. Delivery Policy

Getsocialtraffic delivers real life people/visitors to your site, because of this we have real life people processing your order and setting up your campaign, therefore, your campaign will be set up 48 hrs after payment during business hours and 72 hrs during weekend or public holidays.

11. Customer Support

Getsocialtraffic operates with a help desk support ticketing system; your support will be answered within 24 hrs during business hours and 48 hours during weekend and public holidays. Getsocialtraffic has the right to refuse service to any site we determine is inappropriate for our network.

13. Force Majeure

Getsocialtraffic shall not be liable to Clients for any failure or delay in its performance or service due to any cause beyond its control, including acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, riot, sabotage, labor shortage or dispute, Internet interruption, government acts, technology failure, and other similar events.
